“we have SN 200719017437 and my question is why we are not getting a consistent reading within 5 seconds of a previous read. If i do 4 readings in 30 seconds all 4 are not the same? why?”

Good Day Sir/Madam Thank you for your recent purchase of our FLTR products. With regards to taking multiple temperatures in a short period of time on the same individual, take measurements at least one minute apart for best results. Your hand can affect the temperature results if used continuously. We recommend a maximum of three measurements for each session. Please refer to the user manual for temperature taking tips which can be found on pages 2-3 and page 8. Kind regards
