No This does not come with the game But The game is 100% Free on the Nintendo eshop (internet Needed) and I would highly recommend playing the free game before making a purchase for skins and items in fortnite as fortnite is a lot of fun but it can be hard for many to play and as every game it might not be for everyone to play
It is a case as shown in the image and it comes with a paper inside with a code which you redeem at the Nintendo eShop
