It has all seasons but you can’t play the season you choose until it comes around when you play single player campaign. But yes you can play winter season single player.

When you first get into the game, you will be introduced to all 4 seasons in a cycle of events. Then the game will be a season for several days at a time, with weekly challenges to earn "Forzathon" points. It will be that season in game, both multiplayer and single player for a predetermined time, then change season.

yes even tho the game is online u can play everything solo it give u choice plus the after u finish the training part of the game ( i think the first 4hr )the seasons change every week on Thursdays
