The code should have been emailed to you, my son received a email with the code the day he purchased the pre order.

If you preordered the game online you should have received an email with the code. I preordered it and got the code right away. You can also try eBay for a code. It should be fairly cheap.

Mine was emailed to me shortly after I picked up the pre-order. Check the email that's used for your Best Buy account particularly on the day you picked up your copy of the game. Also check your Spam folder in the off chance it was directed there instead. If not call customer service before too much time passes by. Good Luck.
