In it's current state there are no playable airplanes or boats. I believe The Crew 2 has that feature.

No. But PS4 has The Crew 2, which does.

Not to my knowledge no. Definitely not ones you drive, that's more for The Crew 2. Now racing against them like in Forza Horizon 3, I'm not certain, I don't think so.
