No, you can't make/receive phone calls through this watch.

I haven't looked at the specs for sure, but it has Google assistant that you can talk to, so I believe there must be one. However, you cannot use the watch as a phone to talk to people, so if that's the microphone feature you were looking for, this does not have it.
