I am not sure where to start from with this purchase . Shame on bestbuy. I purchased this watch 2 weeks before Christmas for a loved one as a Christmas present. Today is February 10th and I still haven’t received the watch. According to Best Buy the watch got lost in the mail. Ok that’s fine. Can I have my money back please? Omg ….. this has been my worse nightmare. I still haven’t gotten my money back and when I call best buy no one has an answer for me on when exactly I will receive the money back . Last I heard they were going to issue me a store credit . And why that I have no idea. I am being forced to use my own money at their store . Bestbuy is a disappointment
