Great question! The Frameo 10.1" Digital Picture Frame doesn't connect directly to a PC via USB for photo uploads. Instead, it uses the free Frameo app (available on iOS and Android) to send photos wirelessly over Wi-Fi from your phone. If you want to upload photos from your PC, you have two easy options: 1) transfer the photos from your PC to your phone first, then send them through the Frameo app, or 2) load photos onto a Micro SD card via your PC and insert it into the frame's Micro SD slot.
