Q: QuestionCan you have multiple frames on the same account? We want to buy one for each of our in laws and upload the same photos to both.

• A:Answer Yes — Frameo does allow you to manage multiple frames from the same account/app. You can pair as many frames as you want to your Frameo app. Once each frame is connected, you can select which frame(s) to send photos to. When uploading, simply choose both frames, and the same photos will appear on each one. So buying one for each of your in-laws and sending identical photos to both is completely supported and very easy to do.

• A:Answer No — you can’t pre-load photos onto the frame without opening the box. The Frameo setup requires the frame to be powered on, connected to Wi-Fi, and paired with your Frameo app before any photos can be sent to it. However, once the frame is set up (either by you or the gift recipient), you can upload photos through the Frameo app from anywhere. You can also send photos to multiple frames in different homes as long as each frame has been added to your app using its unique code.
