• Mine is doing the same. Although it says up to 3 months, when you read the terms it says new and returning subscribers will get 3 months. Did you ever figure out a solution?

• I was having similar problems so I downloaded Apple support started a live chat with one of there agents and provided all the info that asked for and it was all taken
