“When I redeem the code it says only new subscribers only but it says it’s for returning subscribers too. Do I have to wait until my current subscription ends in order to use it or what?”

• Contact Best Buy Customer Support. New means not having an account before for apple music, not your sub running out and you using it again.

• They always let it be known that it usually is for first time. It is misleading to say for new or returning subscribers. You may try it again once what you have as expired and see if it works.

• It seems they have a set limit of times you can use it. I used 3 last time and the 2nd and 3rd time they over lapped giving me over 6 months of free music. But after I tried again and it didn’t work. I had reached the limit.
