A: I recently redeemed my code and I noticed that the subscription name says 3 months but the expiration date is actually 6 months away. Try checking that?
Q: So, basically if you got Apple Music already , you can’t use the free six months?
A: Yes, you can use the free 6 months. You just need to check when is the next time to make a payment at the time of redeeming the free music.
Q: Where do I find the code for the 6 months of Apple Music
A: Hi Sam, Hope this is helpful. I received a day or so after purchase a email with the code for Apple Music 6 months free. You might look in your spam box, which is never helpful to me since I clear it our every night LOL. However, they sure do send quite a few emails letting you know about the products arrival and such. The very last email, after I received the iPad I received the code for the other digital gift of web safety. Look at all those emails, I keep mine in a separate folder for every big purchase, might scan through them otherwise call cust service and ask if they can resend it. I believe they keep a record of emails sent to you too.
A: You can cancel your membership before your due date or your free trial ends so you won’t get charged. I do it all the time with no issues, so you shouldn’t either.
Q: Will Apple Music work with a complete Alexa Amazon.com system?
A: You can use the Apple Music services on Amazon echo devices. You can make it the default music streaming service instead of using Amazon Music.
A: Sadly no
A: I want to say that I read somewhere in the free 6 month subscription that if you are already a subscriber of Apple Music that you can't use the free 6 months. Maybe if you cancel your subscription and retry using the free 6 months code? Not entirely sure.
