I have a French Door refrigerator model # LFXS28566 and am having trouble removing the old air filter and getting the new one in. Also, should I see the word "FRONT" after I install the new filter? null

It’s a quarter turn to the left to remove it. When replacing the filter place the grate so the word “front” is facing you. And give it a quarter turn clockwise. You should hear it click. I hope this helps.
