“We have a frigidaire model Fmv157gs that is no longer working. Would this model fit in the same space? Would we need a different tool kit.? I believe it is not vented out. Thanks”

Hi! Thank you for your inquiry and for reaching out. Yes, this microwave would fit in the same space as your previous model [FMV157GS]. They're exactly the same width and close in depth and height measurement. For the tool kits, you may refer to page EN-5 of the installation instructions manual.
