Thank you for your inquiry, Tazz3L! We were able to see that this microwave is designed for adaptation to the following three types of ventilation: Outside top exhaust (Vertical Duct), outside back exhaust (Horizontal Duct), and recirculating (Non-Vented Ductless). This microwave is shipped assembled for Recirculating, which doesn't require a kit. To view the installation for recirculating, please view page 10 in the Installation Guide.
