Check the leveling on the unit. If you want to make sure that the doors will close when you leave them open then changing the leveling so it is tilted slightly back.

This can be caused by having too many items stored within the refrigerator and no free space for the air to circulate. We have checked through the available parts and do not show that an ice tray comes standard with the appliance. We hope this information is helpful to you.
