We are super excited for our new fridge fist of all. To begin with we, my partner and I, we're very pleased with the sales rep that we worked with. We gave him a budget and he explained to us about the different options and got us a really good deal with the insurance plan. The delivery was good as well except that I did not get a call to confirm delivery until the day off, about 5 minutes before is delivered. The fridge is great! It's quite spacious with lots of door storage. I like that I can move the shelves to make them bigger or smaller, in both the fridge and freezer. I only wish it had a 3rd drawer but the other two are quite spacious. Love my new fridge!

This is a pretty good frig. The color matches my stove and microwave. I got a Fast delivery appointment from best buy, excellent job by the installers. Good product at a great price.

I would have liked to get a bit more features, however my budget allowd me to get this, it meets my needs, is simple, efficient, looks very nice. I am happy with it.

After having our previous fridge for about 10+ years it finally broke down. The household used to be 4+ and soon dwindled down to just 2 people. So a large fridge wasn't necessary. It's the perfect size and still has plenty of extra room. Bottles and containers fit perfectly on door shelves and even the grating shelves hold up a 2.5 gallon of water easily. The temperature is better than our previous fridge and keeps things colder, especially when we live in Southern California where it can be cold and then hot again in a few days. The only draw back is that the freezer doesn't have a light. It's not a bother since I'm never in the fridge when it's pitch black darkness. But our other fridge had a light so I grew accustomed to having light in the freezer. Also it makes a tick-tap tapping after you've closed the door and it starts running again. It's not annoying as it sounds like usual fridge noises. Good product overall.

She was very happy to have a refrigerator as a Christmas gift. This fridge is roomy and perfect for a young adult. I would like to also like to say that the salesperson was very pleasant and I appreciated his help. I would recommend this product to a friend or family member.

Doors sometimes slamskeeps food nice and cool. Refrigerator has lots of room in the doors. Also the freezer keeps food very cold

This refrigerator is great for the small space that we have at home.

Bought fridge based on sale price. Didn't want to spend too much because we were putting it in my son's bedroom at college. Footprint isn't too big, but still offers a lot of space in fridge and freezer compartments.

I bought this for 2 reasons money & wire shelves. Motor is loud. At the moment I need to make a call, freezer keeps frosting like there is a leak but I can't see one? Doors don't close we'll, not a strong enough magnet. Like the color/texture.

We looked on line for a new refrigerator. We found the one we wanted, went to our Best Buy, ordered it & had it delivered 2 days later. It was quick & easy & we are totally satisfied. Our sales person at the store was very knowledgeable & helpful. The men that delivered our new refrigerator were awesome! We will continue to be Best Buy loyal customers.

It's great. Temps are very cold with original settings. Much larger than my old Westinghouse . Very quiet thru the whole day . Great fridge for a good price

This is a pretty basic refrigerator but it does its job well enough. However, after about 10 months, the handle snapped right off and apparently handles are considered cosmetic and not under warranty. This happens quite a bit from what I've read so beware of the cheap plastic handles!

Needed a simple but good fridge and that's what I got

Delivered a damaged item. Issues still not resolved after a month. Terrible customer service. I'll never buy anything else from Best Buy. I cancelled my credit card.

The price was right for my needs. Was looking for the best price and didn't need any bells and whistles. Overall, I can say I am satisfied with this purchase. Painless purchase and delivery with free haul away for the old fridge. Not a deal breaker for me, as the price was more important than features for this purchase. But the unit I had installed is pretty loud when the compressor is running. They don't have these units running in the store and I neglected to factor in the noise level when considering a new fridge. Louder than the average fridge. Minus one star for that. Otherwise a good purchase.

This fridge works great. However if I had to give one negative reason, I would say the noise when it runs is a little loud. Not to the point where it's obnoxious, but my wife and I both noticed when it's running it's louder then the one we replaced. Over all though I would recommend this for the money.

So this is the first fridge I've bought so maybe I have no frame of reference, but it seems to run a bit noisy. The manual describes the kinds of sounds I'm hearing as normal and it's been working fine so I haven't worried about it. This is a no frills basic fridge that keeps your food cold.

Hi, This is a good refrigerator for the price I paid. They delivered on time and according to my schedule. The fridge makes more noise than I would have liked, so its not very slient. But, since it is kept in the basement, it's a good buy overall.

Price was reasonable and it included free shipping and removal of the old fridge. The delivery guys were polite, on time and quick and didn't leave a mess. The refrigerator works as expected, is pretty roomy, pretty much the same as the old one at much less cost. Bottom line, I chose Best Buy because the ordering was simple and the services were free. When you need an appliance, you don't have time to dilly dally around and read articles on environmental correctness. (sorry Sears, true story)
