Call Best Buy & ask them about your warranty if you didn't keep the receipt from Best Buy to prove when you bought it. And for it not to last until "almost two years & it has stopped working", sounds like the manufacturer owes you a refund on your money/OR/another freezer! If your freezer died in two years, you ought to go right to whatever store you bought it from & demand a new freezer, depending on the Warranty of course. And, if they don't do right by you, get on Best Buy & complain till they treat your right!
