Q: How long does it take to reach FREEZING TEMP? I need to transfer food from old freezer.
A: Empty it took about 20 minutes. If adding already frozen foods, about the same. I monitored that with a thermocouple.

A: Yes it is! I had it delivered, I unboxed the freezer, plugged it in and set it to the recommended setting. I went shopping the next day and filled up the freezer upon arriving home. The freezer works xlnt, very quiet and holds a lot of food! 100% satisfied with this freezer, definitely recommended.

Love this freezer
This is the perfect size freezer! I love that is has 5 shelves in the door when so many other freezers I looked at had only 4. I will say that it is noisier than I expected. I have yet to walk by it that it isn’t “running”. This is my first upright freezer, so maybe they all do that? I guess I expected to hear it cut on and the off like my refrigerator/ freezer does. I LOVE the green light at the bottom!! It’s like a night light in my garage! Sometimes I go to my car without turning on a light, and the freezer door is literally facing my cars drivers side door. No having to grope for the car door handle, ha, ha!!

Best stand up freezer
We got this stand up freezer to replace our old one and its amazing so far! We love all the space and the light at the bottom so we know our food is still cold. We also love the look of it!
