Hello confused! The difference between the freezers is model FFFH21F6QW has an electronic control. While, model FFFH20F2QW has a mechanical dial for temperature operations. FFFH21F6QW has the digital display on the front door and FFFH20F2QW does not have a display on the front. FFFH21F6QW has a door ajar alarm and a high temperature alarm.
