Checking the Use&Care Guide, it states to not install the refrigerator where the temperature will drop below 45°F (7°C) or rise above 110°F (43°C) or the compressor will be unable to maintain proper temperatures. If your unit is in a garage or area where the temperature is below 50° F, adjust the freezer control to the coldest setting to improve performance.
