This certainly not the kind of experience we want you to have, no worries, here's what we can do to fix the issue that you're having. This is some basic troubleshooting that we can do. First, we need to check if there is power before continuing with other steps. Make sure that the unit is plugged in and turned on and make sure that there is an indication lights with the unit. After that. Please make sure that the unit was operating at the suggested settings of 37 degrees for refrigerator and 0 degrees for the freezer. If that's not the temperature in your unit. Please know that. Factory suggested temperature settings for refrigerator is 37 degrees and freezer are 0 degrees, but refrigerator can operate between 33 degrees to 47 degrees and freezer can operate between -6 degrees to +6 degrees. Temperatures outside these ranges may have an effect on how the unit operates. You can check your manual and go to use and care guide for the model specific temp adjustment instructions. Also, please allow 24 hours to stabilize the temperature inside the unit.
