Q: QuestionI'm comparing 2 Frigidaire 20 CU FT models that look very similar- this model FFTR2045VW and FFHT2045VW. This model is 32" deep and the HT model is only 28 1/4" deep. The interiors appear to be identical. What is accounting for the depth difference?

• A:Answer I had the same question. From the specs, the FFTR2045VW is energy certified while the FFHT2045VW is not. Otherwise, they have the same dimensions (W 30", D 32", and H 66 3/8"), are 20 CF and are icemaker ready (You would have to buy the icemaker kit IM117000 if you wanted that option.) Otherwise, the FFTR2045VW is less expensive by $50.00. I would opt for the energy certified model.
