Hi, Penny! Thank you for this inquiry. There are several possible causes for the dispenser not dispensing water. The water filter may not be seating properly or clogged. You may also ensure that the household water line valve is open. To troubleshoot the water filter, remove and reinstall it. Be sure to push the filter firmly so that you hear it lock solidly into position. If it's clogged, replace the filter cartridge. Be sure to remove protective caps and push the filter firmly so that you hear it lock solidly into position.
