This is not normal operation. Mine does not do this. Return it back to Best Buy for a replacement. Sounds like the compressor is overheating and shutting off. I had full size refrigerator do this and found out the windings in the compressor were damaged. Just return it and get a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.By any chance was the refrigerator laid on its side? If so it is recommended that the refrigerator not be used for 24 hours. The oil has to drain correctly.
