“We just bought this fridge yesterday and connected it this morning. The thermo knob was set ar 5 as a start and when we checked it this afternoon, there are ice like snow on the inside wall of the of the ref just below the freezer. Is something wrong?”

Hi Carlos. As 5 is the coldest setting, we could recommend changing the setting to 3 once the appliance has reached it set temperature to prevent frosting within. ~ Anna
