• A:Answer Yes there is a drip pan. Just not traditional as you would think. The pan does not cross anywhere on the bottom but is located in the back of the fridge. It is a smaller black plastic pan that slides on a track on top of the compressor.

• A:Answer Yes. It came hinged on the right, and I immediately switched it to the left side for my application. For best results, you'll need a nut-driver or a #2 Phillips screwdriver, although a #1 will work.

Q: QuestionPlease confirm this unit can be used to store milk and other perishable products that spoil if the temperature isn't cold enough. I understand many hotel refrigerators cannot support storing milk, etc. and want to confirm that's not the case here. Thanks.

The temperature ranges for the refrigerator compartment are 34 degrees to 44 degrees Fahrenheit and for the freezer compartment -8 to +8 degrees Fahrenheit. Q: QuestionThe freezer on mine is achieving -7 degrees F. The unit runs constantly, I have the dial set to 7 and the refrigerator portion will not get below 40 degrees. Is this normal?

• A:Answer For starters, you can lay bottles on the side. Next, depending on what brand of 12 oz bottles you buy they might be wider at the base and shorter in height, or narrower and taller ... I am not aware of any "standard" across brands. Finally, if you need more vertical height inside the fridge, you can remove one of the shelves -- that's what I did in order to fit a 2-gallon glass water dispenser inside.
