• Hi there. There is never an 100% fool proof guarantee. However, the refrigerator is designed to maintain a temperature between 31-43 F. Thank you, Anna

• I'm not sure on that, I just know it has the copper freon piping in rear, and has temperature adjusting inside the fridge. SUPER COLD enough for insulin storing & preserving.
