“I just had this stackable washer and dryer delivered!! I am so upset it does not have fabric softener dispenser!!! It said on specifications that it had one!!! I wouldn’t have ordered it!! Now what????”

• EXACTLY. The specifications are WRONG!! Return it for false advertising. The next model up does indeed have the fabric softener dispenser, for a couple hundred dollars more. Best Buy's specs are incorrect on this page! Terrible inconvenience!!
