what is the average lifespan of this unit null

can't say for sure on this model, but I should think a stackable unit will last at least 10 years.

I doubt anyone will have the data for that unfortunately. But from my personal experience, these stacked 2-in-1 laundry center units are nowhere as durable as normal single unit washer/dryers. Not specific to this make/model, I have had to replace 3 brand new ones in the last 3 years. I am a property manager and I have to use them in some rental properties because there is no space. My advice is do not get this unless you absolutely have to. Also I am told that there is a way to stack normal units in top of one another but I haven't tried it myself.
