QuestionI'm confused if using in AC mode you just need to set up the exhaust vent in the window which the unit comes with correct. When in dehumidifier/AC mode does the unit come with a hose how do you drain it? Is there a link to the manual?

- Answer AC mode only requires the exhaust in the window. Dehumidifier mode requires an external hose that the user must provide. The manual requests that it be connected to a drain.

QuestionHow do you clean the bottom filter in the back? Not the filter in the back that you can pull out from the top, but the part right below it. Mine has collected a massive amount of dust and I'm wondering how others have cleaned that part.

QuestionI see on the Instruction Manual that the Window Installation Kit that is included with this model will only extend up to 48.5 inches in height. If I have a window that is taller than 48.5 inches (it is around 60 inches tall). How can I make the kit fit?

QuestionWhat do you do when get P1 error? Can't be full of water as this is brand new unit just plugged in first time. I just picked up unit from store.
