Do the knobs have to be pushed in to turn them? null

Hi, Babbs! Thank you for your inquiry. After some research we were able to see in the Use and Care Guide, that you would need to push the burner’s surface control knob in and turn counterclockwise out of the OFF position. We hope this information was helpful to you. -Ciara
