It seems that in high humidity parts of the country, the a/c unit is a dehumidifier and will cool the room and suck out the moisture in the air. Suggestion is to make sure the plugs near the bottom of the unit are closed and tightened, but you will need to drain those spouts with a hose or a bucket. Sucks, but the unit needs drainage. Hope this helps. If there is no water from draining the plugs, you probably have a lemon unit that sweats too much...return it !!
