• Hello Sosa. No, you should not expect the dehumidifier to remove viruses from the air. The dehumidifier will capture dust in the washable filter as it pulls in air to dehumidify. ~ Anna

• No..it is not an air purifier, it is a dehumidifier, taking water out of the air.
