“We set up our new unit, & it appears to be running fine, except for one issue: there is condensation all along the exterior of the hose that drains the water. The hose is wet on the outside, & occasionally this moisture drips onto the floor. Suggestions?”

• Insulate the hose, cold from the hose is causing condensation.

• don't use the hose adapter, just empty the tank daily.
