“Tell me about the handle; I had replaced the handle to a model that I purchased in 2007 5 times, and they are very expensive about $65 apiece; can you tell me if this one has a sturdy steel handle, those plastic ones are garbage. Thank you.”

• The handle is broken after only one year, and very expensive to buy a replacement. This is ridiculous product, they should fix the fragile handle, not sell replacement handle at a microwave's price!
