Q: QuestionTell me about the handle; I had replaced the handle to a model that I purchased in 2007 5 times, and they are very expensive about $65 apiece; can you tell me if this one has a sturdy steel handle, those plastic ones are garbage. Thank you.
Asked by Deanum.
- A:Answer The handle is broken after only one year, and very expensive to buy a replacement. This is ridiculous product, they should fix the fragile handle, not sell replacement handle at a microwave's price!

Q: Questionmy microwave has a metal rack on the inside, but i thought metal couldn't be used inside the mircrowave
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hi! The rack allows several foods to be cooked or reheated at one time. When the rack is used, set time and power level manually. Allow plenty of space around and between the dishes. Pay close attention to the cooking and reheating progress. When using the rack please avoid: Storing the rack in the microwave oven when not in use, popping popcorn with the rack in the microwave oven, using any browning dish on the rack, using SENSOR COOKING and AUTO COOKING with the rack.and cooking directly on the rack—use microwave-safe cookware. ~Briana
