QuestionThe picture shown looks like it has a trim around the oven. If so, what are the dimensions of the trim and I will assume the specs you show are only the oven without any trim.

QuestionCan I place this built-in Frigidaire Gallery microwave with the trim kit right on the top of Frigidaire Gallery single oven to make it as one unit? or do I have to put plywood between them? I don't want to buy the combo version.

- Answer According to my contractor who installed it. The unit must have a separate dividing plywood able to support up to 100 lbs. Therefore, cannot be placed on top of the wall oven.

QuestionYou responded earlier that a stainless steel trim kit (made out of stainless steel, not plastic) is available for this microwave. What is the model number? My understanding is that the trim kit listed as “stainless steel” is actually made out of plastic.

- Answer No need for trim if you’re using it on counter top. Trim is only for built in installation.

- Answer No. The trim kit will just make it look bigger or cover up your existing cabinet if it doesn’t look pleasing.

The microwave FGMO205KF requires a cutout space of 16-3/4 inches (minimum) or 17 inches (maximum) tall, 24-3/4 inches (minimum) or 25 inches (maximum) wide, and 20 inches (minimum) deep.
