It swings open from right to left. Never heard of one that pulls down

You push the button on the bottom right to open the door and It's hinged on the left and swings open that way.

The door opens to the left (hinges on the left side). Please note that you must also purchase a separate kit to make it a seamless wall oven, plus you have to pay extra for installation. It makes for a very expensive microwave.
