Your answer is steam cleaning function which is not my question. My question is: your steam cook/bake function, based on your specification, this oven has steam bake function, not steam clean. The Samung 30" steam cook convection oven also has steam cook function, it has a reservoir in it.

For steam cleaning, you pour 1 cup of tap water onto the oven bottom. Close the oven door and select the steam clean function. I hope this helps! ~ Christy
