For an air conditioner the size of 18,000 sq ft, it is recommended for a room size of 1,050 sq ft. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this unit in my garage 685 square ft. It is a very quiet unit and works extremely well! It would be more than enough to keep your footage cool and u can keep it on low setting. Or kick it up as it does the job and quickly! I love this unit!
