“Hello, I bought GFW450SSMWW, and these pedestals are not compatible. I had my washer and dryer delivered today, delivery man, said they’re not compatible because these are new models.. I called Lowe’s and they confirmed that they are not compatible.”

Hi there, Based on what we are finding, the model of washer that you have provided and the pedestal should work with one another. Based on the unit's product page, under the "Specs and Details" tab, and all the way at the bottom of the list under the "Accessories" section, the pedestal that you should purchase for this unit, should you want one, is this one: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/SBSD137HWW - We hope that this helped!
