• Hi Michael, No, the fenix 5x will not pair to your Bluetooth headphones. You can control your music when paired to your compatible smartphone. Thanks Chris

• Yes, it syncs to the phone via both Bluetooth and ant+ if I remember correctly. The watch can control music on the phone via Bluetooth, but the watch cannot control Bluetooth headphones to my knowledge.
