I had high hopes for a $1200 watch but this falls wayyyy short. In short yes, however to do so is very clunky. I thought not having a touchscreen or dial would be ok, but navigating everything by the way of buttons up and down to write a simple text back is so 1990’s. I would expect more again for a $1200 watch. 

This goes for nearly everything on the watch. Want to navigate? Can’t look up by name.. and even if you could, no speaker or mic built in so you would have to enter name via up down buttons. Ike this abcdefghijk.. so lame!! 

I hope this helps go all the users, Garmin take a page out of Apple watches book and make this for 2020!!!! I loved this watch cause it was big, burly, and had features that I would love: solar, golf, fitness, activity tracking etc.. but really this is a super expensive Gshock watch with visual monitoring and not intuitive navigation nor speaker or mic! :( so sad garmin for being one of the first UX Navi companies on the market.
