the watch will tell you your pace when it reaches each mile, when you are running it shows how long you have been running and your distance. 
When you are all done running it will tell you your pace, how far you went, how many calories burned. I love this watch it has so many options such as history, records that are broken if you beat your last run, etc. great watch for the price
