“Does this watch allow spotify music remotely? Or podcast/audio book applications remotely? I currently have a fitbit, and am not getting the features out of it that I would like for my running.”

This device does not offer the option of downloading music to the watch. You can control the music, etc., on the phone from the watch. Debbie with Garmin
