No..., it is not compatible with Wear OS. It is a Garmin OS system. The Garmin IQ app is the Garmin app store for most Garmin devices. I have not seen an app in the Garmin app store that is compatible with this Rugged Garmin Instinct smartwatch yet. But if you are going to be in the wild for many many days and wanting a smartwatch..., then this is the smartwatch to have because of it's exceptional battery life. As Garmin says..., "It is a smartwatch not like other smartwatches"... Enjoy!!!
