Not 100 percent on vibration but i think you can elect vibration just on alarms. I wear the darkest photo sensitive glasses and its alittle difficult to see but only because of these glasses. Charger is separate. I get 35watt and higher for phones these days and it charges very fast using the cord that comes with it

I think so but have not attempted vibrate only. Very easy to read screen in all conditions. Yes, a separate charge cord and charger included.
