Doesn't the vivosmart hr plus come with this? null

The listing appears to only be for the charging cable. A new in box vivosmart HR would come with a charging cable. There are cables that are sold separately in the event that someone would like to hace a spare.

The Vivoactive HR does come with a charger, but it helps to have one for home and one for travel!

Yes it does...so you would purchase this if you needed one or wanted a spare! I keep one in my car and one at home!
