• Yes. Just press and hold the button til stopwatch appears then release. To stop press and hold the button again.

• Yes it does.l have the stopwatch feature. You hold down the button until the watch feature shows up and it will begin timing. To stop it, you do the same thing and your activity IL time is stopped. When you sync it will show up as an activity.

• The vivofit 3 does have a timer feature that can be activiated by pressing and holding the button until the timer is started. Pressing and holding the button again will stop the timer. Once the timer is stopped, a dedicated activity is created and will upload to Garmin Connect.

• Yes it does have a stop watch. Just hold down the button until it says start and then let go. To stop it you do the same thing.
